Up to eight Frequency and eight Severity classifications can be defined. The Risk Matrix may be automatically configured using either of two standard formulae, or alternatively a customised grid can be constructed as illustrated below. The axis upon which the Frequency and Severity classification codes are displayed can also be selected. Risk factors can optionally be colour-coded for easy visual identification when scanning through the data file and printed reports.
